Le Montcel desires to attract and cater to nature-lovers with its ecological, self-sustaining environment. Its motto is "Beauty within the simplicity of Nature".

Le Montcel strives to generate sufficient income to assure a good management program, maintain and enhance the property, as well as provide a professional environment for its employees.

Le Montcel assists the community while bringing wealth and resources to its inhabitants.

Mission

Le Montcel's mission is to show the private sector that a Haitian company can prosper in Haiti, even with extenuating circumstances. It desires to demonstrate the "Haiti of Tomorrow", while working from its resources and good will.

Le Montcel specializes in seminars, business gatherings and family reunions, while promoting at all levels our ecological philosophy, offering free courses on ecology, alternative energy and future plans.

• Producing and conservating of electricity, with solar panels and wind-generators

• Preserving and protecting our 16-acre environment
• Serving organic foods, and recycling food-waste as compost for fertilizer
• Reducing of pollution by recycling waste and eliminating gas-generators
• Identifing and promoting tourist attractions through guided excursions
• Planting of strawberries, Christmas trees, and generating of plants and flowers
• Fish farming and distributing drinkable water to the community
• A meteological center reaching through the internet will be available soon
• Providing a warm and country ambiance with our 40 employees: shows and culture.

Le Montcel thinks that Tourism is the future for Haiti and that we must offer diverse cultural experiences to the eco-tourist, giving them unique experiences in this virgin territory.
